Ambassade Hotel Amsterdam

A fantastic hotel in a prime location! We stayed at Ambassade for a few nights and loved it. The staff, especially William, were amazing. The canal view was a nice bonus. The hotel had a boutique feel with all the amenities of a larger hotel. The restaurant, Brasserie Ambassade, served exceptional food. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. The lobby bar was cozy and inviting. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel lacks a view of the canal, which might be disappointing for those looking for a picturesque Amsterdam experience.

Thank you all for a very relaxing stay for two nights. The restaurant was good on the second floor here, I had freshly cooked dishes. Though the view was wonderful, I had spacious bedroom.

Liked the place, had a very very good stay with excellent value. We got room with beautiful decor and a large bathroom to relax. Early check-in was good, just what we needed.

I had a wonderful stay in this place. The hotel's location is perfect, situated in a quiet area but still close to markets and cafes. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could need, including a flat-screen TV and mini-bar. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make sure my stay was memorable, including suggesting other hotels for when I return and even an extra staff member helping me with my luggage from check-in to check-out. The spa was a great treat, with plenty of options for massages and relaxation.

I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel of choice in Amsterdam. The whole place was clean, I liked it, and had very good staff and food. The breakfast had lots of options: cheese, pastries, fresh bread, fruit and cereals. The restaurant was nice for different cuisine, I tried awesome dishes...

We loved the staff and location in this hotel. We got a trendy room on two levels.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with interesting artwork and books, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere. The location was also great, with easy access to main sites and a beautiful view of the canal. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the dining area for meals. It would be nicer to have more comfortable tables rather than using the bar area.

Attentive and friendly staff, delicious food with extensive wine choices. The cozy atmosphere created by the book collection in the restaurant was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city. I particularly enjoyed the small boat canal ride recommended by the hotel, it was awesome. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

As backpackers, we loved the unique historical buildings and UN world heritage status. The professional renovation and historical furniture made it feel like a 5* hotel. The Brasserie was a must-visit, with a delicious 3-course surprise menu at a great price.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, right on a beautiful canal. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to visit, but also quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the canal. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also loved the fact that there were complimentary waters refilled daily in the room. it was a fantastic experience.

The only downside was that some of the chairs in the room were not very comfortable.

Enjoyed the historic library bar with thousands of volumes and cozy atmosphere. Staff provided great recommendations for exploring the city. Room was stylish and comfortable, although a bit small. Would recommend for a classy stay. a great hotel experience.
